Japanese Woodcut Material

Hello everybody! Today I want to share with you one of the latest materials I created for the Mayterials challenge hosted by The Club. The prompt was "precise" and I immediately thought of geometric patterns and the art of Japanese woodcut. Inspired by "The Great Wave of Kanagawa" I decided to challenge myself by designing this woodcut panel material in just 8 hours (4 hours a day). Within this given time limit, I'm very pleased how this work turned out.

The wave motif masks were made using Adobe Photoshop, while the remaining components were created entirely in Adobe Substance 3D Designer.
